3 Tree Design House offers a unique 3-pronged approach to design and renovation for clients of all lifestyles and ability levels. When a customer has remodel plan in mind, their first, best decision would be to hire us to help with the project.

Step 1:

Consultations With
Our Experts

Free initial 30 minute consultation
Homeowner shares remodel version (including color, flooring, cabinet options)
We take measurements to create 2D/3D views to be presented at 1 hour design review at a future date.

Schedule FREE consult

Step 2:

Visualizing a solution

We present a custom 2D scale/3D mockup of the customer’s remodel vision for a flat rate of $500
The mockup includes contractor recommended material list
With this design in hand, a homeowner can make one round of revisions to the mockup

Homeowners will have digital access to all versions of the mockup in order to be able to provide a copy to any contractor, city official and/or vendor.

3 Tree Design House will prepare the homeowner to begin their project by working through the customer’s priorities regarding quality, cost, and time.

Step 3:

VIP Experience

Includes Cabinets, Appliances, Fixtures & Tile Shopping Trips: (up to 5 hours included)

3 Tree Design House will help to recommend & select all materials to maintain aesthetic consistency and assist the homeowner in selecting the highest quality products for their budget that fit their custom space.

Ordering and selection can be hired through 3 Tree Design House or done by the homeowner.

This will need to be confirmed during the beginning of the design process.

3 Tree Design House does not markup retailed material but does charge delivery & all material sales are final.

3 Tree Design House will assist the client in putting together a remodeling team.

Hired and paid directly by the homeowner, unless another agreement is made.

Remodel teams can include engineers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, fabricators/stone installers, and cabinet fabricators.

Allows the client to track the progress of their project including scheduling, material, and next steps.

The fee structure at this level is 15% of the overall project total, including all labor, materials, and permit fees.
The down payment amount will be based on 50% of the estimated overall project budget expectation. The final payment balance will be based on the actual project budget.

Color is a powerful tool that affects people deeply. Color can direct the focus of the human eye as well as modulate and activate a space.

Color increases our awareness of reality by heightening our senses!!

Colors create an emotional response due to cultural conditioning, i.e

Emotional Dimensions of Color.

When colors fill the field of vision they are less influenced by other colors because of their vividness.

Light reflection of nearby colors can weaken and dirty a paint choice. For example, a red wall next to a white wall will cause both walls to look pink.
